Vice President - Operations
Xochilt Pasos is the Vice President of Operations of Marin Data Analytics.
Xochilt runs the day to day show at the company, and provides the guidance and oversight
needed to make sure projects get developed and solved the right way.
With both “big firm” and in-house experience, Xochilt has a long and sterling track record
of getting complex, technical projects rolled out on time, correctly and to the great
pleasure of all parties involved.
Originally from a background in Education, Xochilt’s love of working with
people and helping teams work together is both the magic she brings and the
reason every person who meets her loves working for her.
Xochilt used to work at See’s candies as a chocolate raisin purveyor, and that’s
the reason the office to this day is filled with various candy bowls filled with the delectable treat!
